Tacolandia has two locations and I tried the location in Fresno a little while back. These are a very good representation of Fresno style tacos, with very flavorful meat, corn forward tortillas, and a nice layer of cabbage on top to cut through the richness.

I tried the asada, and it was cooked very nicely, with a light char then topped with a heavy amount of garnishes. The pastor was extremely flavorful and well spiced, and a bit more on the tender side than many places make it. Of course I also had to try the suadero since it was there, and it did not disappoint. Tacolandia has plenty of options so I am excited to go back for more very soon and try out more of the menu.

In addition to their great food, the Fresno truck is located in a very pretty garden area right off the highway, so make sure to stop by for a good lunch the next chance you get.
